Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options are available?
We ship worldwide and offer multiple shipping options at checkout:

  • Ground Shipping (FedEx)Free for U.S. orders (excluding Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico) — Estimated delivery 3–10 business days after processing. 

  • 2-Day Shipping (FedEx) – Available at checkout — Estimated delivery 2 business days after processing if placed by 11:00 am EST. 

  • International Shipping (FedEx) – Costs calculated at checkout — Estimated delivery 5–15 business days after processing. 

When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing typically takes 1–2 business days after order placement. Orders placed before 11:00 am EST may ship the same business day; orders placed after may ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. 

Do delivery estimates include processing time?
No — delivery estimates begin after the order has been shipped. 

Do international customers pay taxes or duties?
Yes — international customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees associated with their shipment. 


Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes in size, color, or cancellation before shipping. If you need to modify your order, contact us as soon as possible — we will make every effort to help. Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be changed or canceled. 

What happens if my order has already shipped?
If the order has shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the item. 


Discount Codes & Missing Discounts

What do I do if I forgot to apply a discount code?
If you missed entering your discount code at checkout, contact us with your order number and the discount code you intended to use. We will review the request and may issue a partial refund for the discount difference if verified. 


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for eligible orders through our Returns Portal. Returns must be initiated through the portal or may not be refunded. 

How do I initiate a return?
To begin a domestic return:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal using your order number and either your shipping ZIP code, email, or phone number.

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  3. At the end of the process, a FedEx return label will be generated for you — include this label with your return package.
    Return labels are provided automatically in the portal. 

What are the return conditions?
To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags must be attached and all accessories included.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or scent may be denied.

  • Final Sale items cannot be returned.
    (International returns must cover return shipping and any duties; these fees may be deducted from refunds.) 

What fees apply to returns?

  • A $12 restocking/processing fee applies to most returns;

  • If the return label is removed or the return tag is invalid, an additional $25 fee may be assessed. 

  • Original shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you exchange instead of refund, the $12 fee may be waived.

  • Return processing time:
    Once your return is received and inspected, refunds (minus fees) are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

International returns:
Customers must pay return shipping, duties, and taxes. If taxes are charged due to return/refusal, the amount may be deducted from the refund.


Lost or Damaged in Transit

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the shipping carrier assumes responsibility for the package. If your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact the carrier to file a claim. Provide the claim number to us for updates as needed. We are not responsible for reshipping or refunding lost/damaged packages unless specified otherwise.
